Intermediary Consultant

Our client is a not‑for‑profit health and wellbeing provider with a long-standing commitment to making healthcare accessible for working people. They are seeking an experienced Intermediary Consultant to join their expanding team and play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience to clients, partners, and stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening relationships with intermediaries, introducers, and their customers. You will drive revenue growth, support efficient and effective onboarding, and ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. Acting as a strategic advisor, you will work collaboratively to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs and align with organisational objectives.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience within the employee benefits (cash plans) market as an Intermediary
  • Strong understanding of FCA regulations associated with regulated products
  • Solid market awareness and intelligence
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop intermediary and broker relationships
  • Experience delivering tailored presentations, proposals, and solutions
  • Background in a sales, consultancy, or partner‑focused environment
