**INTERIM SUPPLIER RISK & PERFORMANCE LEAD**
South East / hybrid | Negotiable Day rate inside IR35

The Interim Supplier Risk & Performance Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the supplier risk and performance management framework across all spend categories. This role is pivotal in ensuring that supplier compliance is monitored, risks are effectively managed, and collaborative relationships are fostered to safeguard value.

**Responsibilities Included**
- Design and implement a structured Supplier Performance Management Framework aligned to the company's commercial and regulatory objectives.
- Oversee contract and performance management to ensure suppliers meet obligations, service levels, and agreed KPIs.
- Develop supplier scorecards, KPIs, and performance metrics to assess quality, delivery, cost, sustainability, and innovation outcomes.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive Supplier Risk Register capturing financial, operational, cybersecurity, compliance, and ESG risks.
- Prepare and present risk and performance assurance reports for senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability across the supply base.

**Skills and Attributes**
- Proven experience in supplier management with strong category expertise in Indirects, Property, and Professional Services.
- Strong knowledge of supplier segmentation strategies and risk management frameworks within a complex or regulated environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across supplier and stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively.
- Professional certifications in procurement, contract management, or risk management are desirable.
