I am seeking an experienced Interim Project Finance Director to deliver a focused working capital and cash flow improvement project for a B2B business. This is a hands-on, delivery-led assignment requiring both people and process change, with elements of turnaround and operational improvement.
Role Profile:
- Lead a structured working capital and cash flow improvement project
- Diagnose issues across cash, forecasting, controls and processes
- Design and implement practical, sustainable improvements at pace
- Drive behavioural change across finance and the wider business
- Establish clear cadence, milestones and accountability for delivery
- Provide clear, commercial recommendations and ensure execution
Candidate Profile:
- ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified
- An experienced interim finance leader, having operated as number one (or equivalent) at divisional level or above within a sizeable organisation
- Proven in turnaround, transformation and performance improvement environments
- Highly delivery-focused, with a track record of pace and tangible outcomes
- A self-starter who can quickly assess, prioritise and act
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders and leading through ambiguity
- Commercial, pragmatic and comfortable rolling up your sleeves
