Job Title: Interim Senior Implementation Manager / Senior Project Manager
Work type : Midlands 5 days on site.
Day Rate : £450 - 550

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of mission-critical supply chain initiatives, ensuring alignment to strategic business priorities while maintaining rigorous control over timelines, budgets, and risk exposure.
  • Develop and own comprehensive programme roadmaps, defining key milestones and delivering concise, executive-level reporting to senior stakeholders to enable informed decision-making.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Procurement, Logistics, Production, and Finance, ensuring all initiatives are commercially focused, operationally viable, and fully integrated into wider business objectives.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying, shaping, and embedding best-in-class processes that enhance operational efficiency, resilience, and value creation.
  • Leverage advanced KPI analysis and complex data insights to proactively mitigate risk, optimise performance, and minimise supply chain disruption.
  • Own and develop strategic supplier and partner relationships, including performance management, commercial evaluation, and leading negotiations to secure optimal contractual and financial outcomes.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record delivering multiple, concurrent projects within complex supply chain or operational environments.
  • Demonstrable experience managing tenders, budgets, and full financial accountability across large-scale initiatives.
  • Strong capability navigating complex organisational structures and driving progress across multifaceted programmes.
  • Highly developed stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at senior levels both internally and externally.
