I am sourcing a Interim HR consultation for a 6-9 month FTC to focus on operational HR delivery across the employee lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on management capability, performance, engagement and employee relations.
This role is based in the West Midlands on a hybrid basis 2 days based onsite
This role is primarily to provide immediate, hands-on support within a medium sized organisation with a technical workforce.
You will be required to coach managers to improve leadership capability, and delivering practical HR solutions that support business performance.
Alongside day-to-day HR operations, you'll lead HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, design and deliver management development training, and use your understanding of operational KPIs to influence decision-making.
