Interim Head of Legal - IT and Techonolgy sector
Fast growing, entrepreneurial technology business looking to bring in an Interim Head of Legal to lead and deliver the legal integration programme, ensure operational alignment, legal compliance and commercial continuity.
Stand alone role, owning the legal work-stream and partner with the Bard to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead the integration programme, ensure all contract policies and frameworks are aligned and identify barriers.
- Own the commercial contracts process and ensure compliance with public sector procurement regulations and frameworks
- Establish and embed governance structures, DP compliance, and manage risk
- Manage external counsel and work with the Board to drive culture and best process.
You will be a qualified UK Solicitor with 10+ years PQE with proven experience in legal integration, and strong expertise in contract law, public procurement and governance
Available to start in October/November
Day rate - TBD outside IR35
Hybrid working Hertfordshire HQ - 2 days pw
