Interim Finance Director - Integration
Hertfordshire (2/3 days on site, hybrid)
£1000/1250 per day outside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Director to lead the integration of a large B2B business into its new parent company. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring an individual with proven experience of business integration and leading a business through significant change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of the acquired business into the wider group structure.
- Up-skill and develop the existing finance team to deliver accurate and timely reporting.
- Improve data quality and streamline month-end processes.
- Produce high-quality management information to support strategic decision-making.
- Strengthen financial controls, processes, and governance frameworks.
Key Experience:
- Demonstrable and significant experience of business integration (£100MN+)
- Broader M&A experience.
- B2B / long term contract experience.
- ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Strong leadership presence and gravitas, with the ability to inspire and manage teams through change.
- Proven track record of hiring, developing, and leading high-performing finance teams.
- Proven track record of delivering process improvement at pace.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, complex business environment.
