Interim Corporate Finance Analyst to Manager
Boutique Advisory Firm | Immediate Start | 3/4 Month Contract
We are a specialist boutique corporate finance advisory firm seeking a Temporary Corporate Finance Associate to support the team during an extended period of leave. This is an immediate start, fixed‑term contract anticipated to be approximately three months.
The Role
Working closely with Partners and Directors, you will play a key role in live mandates and origination activity. The role is hands‑on and delivery‑focused, suited to someone comfortable operating in a lean advisory environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing Information Memorandum (IMs) for buy‑side and sell‑side mandates
- Conducting sector and company research, including market analysis and competitor landscaping
- Building and maintaining target company lists and buyer shortlists
- Supporting financial analysis, valuations and modelling as required
- Assisting with client materials, presentations and transaction documentation
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in corporate finance, M&A, transaction services or investment banking, ideally at Analyst/Associate level
- Experience of IM drafting and research‑heavy workstreams
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Commercial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines
- Immediately available or available at short notice ale to start June
