Interim CFO
£1000-£1250 per day, outside IR35
Manchester (On-site, five days a week)

I have an immediate requirement for an interim CFO to join a distressed SME FMCG business to deliver turnaround. You will steward the business, delivering an improvement plan until the role can ultimately be handed off to a permanent hire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations and drive commercial value-add initiatives.
- Lead restructuring and rightsizing efforts to future-proof the organization.
- Implement cost management strategies and improve operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate closely with commercial teams to drive sales and profitability.
Experience:
- 10+ PQE (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Delivering turnaround as a No1 in finance.
- Strong background in handling distressed assets and organizational restructuring.
- Excellent commercial acumen and experience in driving business growth.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to implement cost-control measures.
