Location - South Birmingham 3-4 days on site
Reporting into the HR Director, as HR Operations and Talent Development Manager, the role will be instrumental in improving and standardising HR policies and processes across multiple sites and geographies. The role will consolidate data into meaningful HR metrics and reports, to then be utilised to prioritise people actions and focus for sites. You will also manage the talent cycle, ensuring consistent calibration across geographies, and completion of talent and performance activities, identifying training outcomes.
The role will also support the facilitation of learning programmes and development of a mentoring programme.
As an experienced HR Operations and Talent Development Manager you will enjoy working with HR data and turning it into meaningful business actions. You will have a continuous improvement approach. You will have the flexibility to, on occasion, work across different time zones to support stakeholders.
