Salary £54k - £56k + car allowance + benefits
3 Days per week on site in the office - Northamptonshire
As HR Manager you will partner with central functions across the organisation. Building strong relationships with your stakeholders you will advise and guide around all parts of the employee cycle, including performance management, coaching and developing management capability, talent reviews and employee relations.
As an experienced HR Manager you will have partnered with central functions / corporate functions within an organisation, and be able to demonstrate full generalist HR experience.
