My client is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the existing HR team, within this successful SME business.
Birmingham Office - 3 days on-site, 2 days WFH per week.
Salary - Up to £55k + Benefits
Reporting into the HR Director, as HR Manager the role is varied, including management and development of 1-2 HR colleagues, talent and succession planning, developing DI & B initiatives, Reward, Employee Experience and Recruitment.
As an experienced HR Manager you will have broad generalist experience and enjoy working with hiring managers around the management of vacancies. Experience within an SME is ideal.
