Reporting into the MD of the business in this stand-alone HR Manager role. As HR Manager you will enjoy working closely with stakeholders and employees across the full employee cycle. This will include developing management capability, employee relations, development of policies and procedures, recruitment etc.
As a hands-on, visible HR Manager you will have worked within Operational businesses, e.g Manufacturing/ Logistics and enjoy working in a busy and varied role, supporting the people agenda across this SME. You will be able to build strong stakeholder relationships across a variety of individuals.
