Salary up to £60k + Benefits
Manchester / Leeds base covering 4 local sites. On-site, with travel to sites as and when required.
Reporting into the Head of HR, as the HR Business Partner you will be working closely with Managers across your sites coaching and advising around engagement, attendance, succession planning, performance development, and employee relations. As HR Business Partner you will lead on complex Employee Relations issues, and work closely with the Unions to build strong relations.
CIPD Level 5 or 7, or equivalent you will have worked with a multi-sited, unionised Logistics business. As a HR professional you will have sound Employee Relations experience including settlement agreements.
