We're recruiting for a Regional HR Business Partner to join a well-established, people-focused organisation with a strong presence across the UK. The ideal candidate will live North London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire or the surrounding M25 corridor, you will need to have access to a car for this position. If you have worked in an organisation managing multiple sites this is an amazing opportunity!
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to deliver effective people solutions that support business goals.
- Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, performance, engagement, and organisational change.
- Support talent development, succession planning, workforce planning, and learning initiatives.
- Lead investigations, disciplinary, and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Coach managers to build leadership capability and people management skills.
- Use people data and insights to identify trends, manage risk, and drive improvements.
- Promote an inclusive, high-performing culture and champion company values.
- Work collaboratively across the business to deliver key HR initiatives and projects.
We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused HR Business Partner who can build strong relationships, influence leaders, and deliver practical people solutions. You will have previous experience of working across multiple sites within a HR generalist role.
