My client is seeking an experienced HR Assistant who will enjoy a varied role including HR and internal event management for this Solihull based organisation.
Salary up to £30k + Benefits.
3 Days on site in Solihull per week and 2 WFH.
Working as part of an established HR team, the role as HR Assistant is busy and varied, and includes -
- supporting on-boarding and engagement
- supporting recruitment activities, booking interviews, liaising with agencies
- supporting the HR Manager with employee relations
- managing the organisation of employee training, including attendance, liaising with internal and external facilitator
The role will also involve -
- supporting the organisation of internal company events and conferences
- organising Directors travel arrangements and diaries
For the role you will be super organised and good at managing multiple stakeholders. You will enjoy the variety of both HR, Events and Travel Management as part of the scope of your role.
