HR Advisor | Global Engineering Firm | Central London - Hybrid (with travel) | up to £50,000
A leading global engineering firm with offices based in Central London, near Holborn station, are seeking a confident, knowledgeable and driven HR Advisor to join their close knit HR team covering their Southern regions. Reporting directly to a supportive HR Business Partner, the successful HR Advisor will be responsible for providing generalist advisory support and will have first class stakeholder relationship building skills and communication skills. This is a full time, permanent role which offers hybrid working with travel to their regional offices.
Day to day duties may include:
- Provide expert advice to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Support employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance issues.
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and best practices.
- Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
The successful candidate must have strong HR Advisory experience, ideally from within a construction, engineering or building control industries (or similar) alongside your CIPD level 5 (or similar). You will be an expert at coaching and training line managers on best practise, supporting with complex ER cases alongside a broader generalist role. You will be a proactive, enthusiastic and articulate individual who is keen to join a fantastic and supportive team.
