HR Assistant

Full Time, Permanent, Hybrid up to £33,000 - Coventry

A global organisation based in Coventry are seeking a diligent, proactive and driven HR Assistant to join their HR Shared Service team on a full time, permanent basis. Working as part of a collaborative and sociable team, the successful candidate will have solid HR generalist experience, ideally from within a Shared Service environment alongside ideally have their CIPD level 3 qualification (or similar).

Day to day duties may include:

  • Monitoring the HR Shared Services Inbox and handling calls to help answer and screen initial HR queries for all internal employees.
  • Ensuring that queries are escalated to the appropriate individual in line with all agreed SLA's.
  • Ensuring all on boarding of new employees, adding them on the HR systems, amending contracts and managing HR files
  • Assisting with payroll data and reporting
  • Adhoc HR project related tasks

The successful HR candidate will have a proven track record as HR generalist and have solid experience of the full employee lifecycle. Ideally the successful candidate will have worked within a Shared Service Centre previously and have a people focused approach to work. You will have strong IT skills, reliable and have a strong work ethic.
