Are you an immediately available experienced Interim HR Administrator available to join a Manufacturing business to support the wider HR team with additional workload for a few months?

£15PH - £16PH

On-site 5 days in Tewkesbury.

As Interim HR Administrator, duties include -

  • HR-related documentation and processes, including offer letters, contracts, and leaver documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records for employee life-cycle events such as starters, leavers, and transfers.
  • Ensure HR systems are up-to-date and accurate, liaising closely with Payroll.
  • Manage employee background screening and compliance requirements.
  • Deliver HR induction for new employees and develop induction content.

Having specifically worked within a HR team before and supported from a HR Admin perspective you will enjoy working as part of an established HR team.
