About the role
You'll work closely with experienced lawyers and partners, supporting clients on all aspects of housing development. Typical work includes:
Acquisitions of affordable housing units from developers and landowners
Purchases of land for new-build residential schemes
Advising on site assembly, planning, funding structures, and delivery models
Drafting and reviewing contracts, options, easements, infrastructure agreements, and overage arrangements
