Housing Development Lawyer (NQ-3PQE) - Birmingham (Hybrid)
Salary: £53,000 (NQ)

About the role
You'll work closely with experienced lawyers and partners, supporting clients on all aspects of housing development. Typical work includes:

  • Acquisitions of affordable housing units from developers and landowners

  • Purchases of land for new-build residential schemes

  • Advising on site assembly, planning, funding structures, and delivery models

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, options, easements, infrastructure agreements, and overage arrangements
