Salary £85k-£90k + Benefits
Hybrid working 2/3 days on site in the Birmingham office - occasional travel to other sites.
Reporting into the Chief People Officer, as Head of Talent you will develop and implement a joined up talent strategy across Talent Acquisition, Development, Retention and EDI&B.
The scope of the role will encompass the full employee journey from attraction, EVP, on-boarding, career pathways, apprenticeships, and early careers.
As an experienced Head of Talent you will enjoy working in a busy, evolving environment and be able to demonstrate where you have built credible relationships with Exec Stakeholders.
