Location - North East Leicestershire - on-site, with some flexibility to WFH.
As Head of People the role will be varied ranging from developing a People strategy to support the SME's organisational change. This will include organisational design and supporting Managers around the implementation of that. You will also advise and guide around a range of employee relations issues, support recruitment and build strong relationships with the Union. As Head of People you will have 2 direct reports to coach, develop and mentor.
As an experienced HR professional you will enjoy both developing the People strategy and rolling your sleeves up, in a busy and varied role. You will be able to build strong stakeholder relationships across multiple contacts.
