100k salary plus car allowance
Nottinghamshire / Lincolnshire base - with largely home working but 2 days in office certainly initially to really build understanding and knowledge.

The business has experienced a recent period of positive change and a transformation project continues under genuine entrepreneurial, commercial leadership.
The need has arisen to recruit a Head of Legal (Sole Counsel) initially on a 12-18 month contract to provide expert legal guidance to the business on a range of matters, drive a compliance culture, design and roll out processes and ensure corporate governance best practice.
The work will include negotiating and reviewing a range of commercial contracts and agreements with suppliers and customers across the private and public sector.
Advise the business on IP, Employment, Regulation, Disputes and wider Corporate Governance as well as advise on M&A transactions.
We are looking for a pro-active self starter, who enjoys being hands-on, adding value and truly influencing. You may have experience as a sole counsel of Head of Legal or indeed a senior legal counsel in a team looking to stamp your mark.
A prefeence will be for experience in the energy sector or even an industrial plant background
The process will move quickly, so we are ideally looking for those that can start at short notice for this contract.
