We are seeking a Head of HR Business Partnering to join a financial services business to lead the HR Business Partnering and Learning & Development functions, working closely with Executive and Senior Leadership teams to deliver people strategies that support organisational success.
About the Role:
- Partnering with Executive and Senior Leaders to align people strategy with business objectives
- Leading and developing a high-performing HR Business Partnering team
- Driving organisational change, workforce planning, and cultural transformation initiatives
- Embedding a high-performance culture through effective performance and talent management
- Enhancing succession planning and identifying future leadership capability across the organisation
- Overseeing Learning & Development to ensure workforce capability aligns with strategic priorities
- Coaching and challenging senior leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness
- Providing expert oversight of complex employee relations matters and people risks
- Ensuring robust HR governance, employment law compliance, and regulatory adherence
- Championing a positive, values-led and highly engaged workplace culture
About you
- Proven experience operating in a senior HR leadership role
- Strong track record of partnering with Executive and Senior Leadership teams
- Expertise in organisational development, talent management, and Reward
- Commercially minded with the ability to translate business priorities into people solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching skills
- Strong understanding of HR governance, employee relations, and employment legislation
