My client is a growing SME looking to bring in-house their first dedicated HR resource, as Head of HR.
Salary circa - £80k + Benefits
Location - South Warwickshire - on-site 5 days with travel to other sites.
As Head of HR you will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR processes to support the growth of the organisation. This will include building strong relations with the Executive team, Leadership Development, Talent, Employee Relations, Recruitment and Reward and Recognition.
As an experienced Head of HR you will have developed and implemented people strategies within a growing SME. You will have strong Employment Law knowledge and experience, and have supported organisational change and growth.
