Birmingham - 3 Days per week on-site, 2 Days WFH per week.
Reporting into the HR Director, as Head of HR you will lead and develop your HR team. The role will also support the delivery of the organisation's strategy which will include developing a long-term people development strategy, leadership development and succession planning. The role will also lead on Engagement activities, Reward, Recruitment, Diversity and Inclusion, and Employee Relations.
As an experienced Head of HR you will be adept at developing strong senior stakeholder relationships, you will drive performance through coaching individuals, and whilst a HR generalist you will have a breadth of experience within Talent and Development.
