Joining this organisation at a time of change and transition, as Head of HR, your role will be to lead the HR team through this period of change, and ensure from a People perspective that across performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, and Payroll that the business is supported.
As a fluent Spanish speaker you will have worked across an operational, multi-sited organisation, led a HR team, and have full generalist experience including having worked and built strong relationships with Unions.
