This company is a private-equity backed high-growth global manufacturing business headquartered in the UK, poised for an exciting journey ahead.

The Head of FP&A will report directly to the CFO and will hold overall responsibility for the Group's financial planning and analysis. This role is designed for a talented finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and is keen to make a significant impact within a newly formed small HQ team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Overall responsibility and management of the planning cycle including strategic plan, budget, forecasts and monthly business performance reviews.
  • Preparation of the monthly board packs for the group and supporting documents.
  • Manage the monthly business review process with all global locations to ensure senior management is informed of business dynamics.
  • Conduct variance analysis between budget and actuals, providing insights for informed decision-making.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO and senior leadership, delivering financial insights that drive growth and efficiency.


Skilsl required:

  • Previous FP&A leadership experience, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong commercial acumen, problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial matters.
  • Highly computer literate with strong Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
