Growth Marketing Manager - Intermediaries (B2B)
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid, in the office 1-2 days/week)
Salary: Up to £55,100 (flexible for the right candidate)
Contract: Permanent
This is a B2B Growth Marketing role supporting the intermediary channel of a respected financial services provider. The ideal candidate will have experience working with or marketing to Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs), with a strong understanding of B2B engagement and lead generation.
What you'll do:
Own and execute marketing plans that drive adviser engagement
Deliver lead generation and growth through performance channels
Build campaigns that position the business as a preferred partner
Work closely with sales, brand, and compliance teams
This is a strategic yet hands-on role requiring excellent stakeholder management skills.
