Growth Marketing Manager - General Insurance
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid, office based 1-2 days/week)
Salary: Up to £55,100 (flexible for the right candidate)

A leading financial services organisation is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to lead demand generation within its General Insurance division.
This role requires someone with a strong understanding of insurance marketing, customer renewal cycles, and data-driven targeting. You'll be expected to create and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive high-quality leads and revenue growth.
Key focus areas:
Marketing strategy aligned to business targets
Data-led customer journey planning and optimisation
Campaign delivery across paid search, SEO, email, and social
Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and agencies
Experience in insurance or regulated financial products is highly preferred.
