General Manager - Northamptonshire
We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a major operational site within a fast-paced, service-driven organisation. You'll be responsible for delivering outstanding performance, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a strong, people-focused culture all while ensuring exceptional service for a multi customer site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring service excellence, productivity, and compliance.
- Drive operational strategy, performance improvement, and cost efficiency.
- Build and develop a high-performing leadership team with a strong focus on engagement and accountability.
- Manage site-level financial performance, budgets, and forecasting.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
- Proven senior operations leader within logistics, supply chain, contract logistics.
- Strong commercial and P&L experience.
- Excellent people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset (Lean/Six Sigma desirable).
