Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and producing monthly, quarterly and annual performance reporting
- Maintaining and enhancing existing financial and operational models
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis across the platform
- Supporting management team and external investors in providing insightful business analysis and reporting
- Supporting ad‑hoc analysis for investment, asset management and strategic initiatives
- Working closely with the investment and asset management teams to ensure data accuracy and insight
Key Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Real estate background essential (investment, asset management, development or property‑focused fund environment)
- Circa 3-6 years' experience in FP&A, financial reporting or modelling
- Very strong spreadsheet skills (advanced Excel modelling a must)
- Comfortable managing and improving legacy financial models
- Interest in, or exposure to, AI‑enabled tools (e.g. Claude, Copilot or similar) is highly desirable
- Commercial, proactive, and strong communication skills
