Office Based - Full-Time - Halesowen
£27,000
Working Pattern:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm

  • Friday: 8:30am-4:00pm

Are you a proactive and well-organised administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? Do you thrive in a collaborative, down-to-earth team environment? If so, this could be just the role for you.

We're looking for a Fleet Support Administrator to join our welcoming Business Support Team. You'll provide essential administrative support to help manage a busy fleet of vehicles - from MOTs and servicing to insurance queries and general coordination.

Your new role will involve:

  • Organising MOTs, servicing, and accident management

  • Managing vehicle data and driver compliance records (e.g. via Driver Check)

  • Liaising with vehicle leasing companies and garages

  • Tracking vehicle status and keeping systems up to date

  • Handling penalty charge notices and insurance claims

  • Managing hire vehicles, fuel cards, and telematics installations

  • Supporting other team admin tasks when needed (e.g. post, stationery, scanning)

You'll work closely with the Fleet team and form part of a supportive and collaborative admin group. The pace can be fast, and things may not always be tidy - but we're a team that pulls together and gets things done.

Fleet experience is helpful but not essential. We're really looking for someone who's:

✅ Comfortable working independently and following up with others
✅ Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work with urgency
✅ Friendly, down-to-earth, and a great team player

Skills & Experience

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel, Word and Outlook)

  • Able to pick up new systems quickly - we'll provide full training

  • Excellent communication and time management skills

  • At least two years of experience in a busy admin role (ideally with compliance or service-based work)
