Financial Reporting Manager - 12-Month FTC | Henley-in-Arden
The client: A dynamic and ambitious business based in Henley-in-Arden is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role reports directly to the Finance Director and is a key position within the finance team.
The role:
 The Financial Reporting Manager will take responsibility for group financial reporting, consolidations, and external audit management. They will provide insight and support to the FD and wider business, ensuring accurate and timely financial information for decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare group consolidations and oversee month-end and year-end reporting
Manage external reporting and liaise with auditors
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Support the FD with forecasts, analysis, and ad-hoc financial projects
Use advanced Excel skills to streamline reporting and provide insights
Key requirements:
Fully qualified ACCA, ACA, or CIMA
Experience working in large PLC group environments
Strong knowledge of group consolidations, external reporting, and audit processes
Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
