My client, a rapidly growing professional services business, requires an experienced Financial Controller to support the CFO and manage the finance operations. This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale the finance function during a period of significant growth and transformation.
About the Role
- Lead the finance operations function for a business with £35m revenue, growing at 25%+ annually.
- Drive strategic initiatives including modernising the finance infrastructure, process improvement, and reporting automation.
- Oversee professionalisation projects (team capability, reporting output, system implementation).
- Work closely with senior leadership to support scaling, build, and growth strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- MUST have a proven track record in professional services and high-growth environments.
- MUST have experienced at implementing new financial systems
- Strong capability in financial planning, reporting, and operational systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment.
