Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a finance team of 4 people
- Develop finance as a strategic business partner across the organisation
- Oversee monthly financial reporting and analysis
- Produce annual budgets, forecasts and management accounts for Board presentation
- Manage cash flow operations and prepare rolling projections
- Develop advanced financial models for investment appraisal
- Lead external audit processes and ensure statutory compliance
- Manage banking relationships and funding arrangements
- Work closely with senior management on strategic initiatives
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements across finance operations
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support key business decisions
Key Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with 5+ years post-qualification experience
- Strong commercial background with investment or development experience preferred
- Advanced financial modelling and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated, results-focused with strong analytical mindset
- Proven team management experience with ability to develop high-performing teams
- Strong systems knowledge with ability to enhance financial reporting processes
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and external audit processes
