Finance Systems Specialist
The Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled accountant with hands-on ERP implementation experience to join our client's expanding finance team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering a comprehensive ERP system rollout, ensuring financial data integrity while streamlining processes and driving user adoption throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
System Implementation Leadership
- Partner closely with finance leadership to architect streamlined workflows, robust reporting structures, and comprehensive internal control frameworks
Technical Expertise & Support
- Serve as the primary finance domain expert for the ERP system, delivering ongoing user support, technical troubleshooting, and comprehensive training programs
- Leverage advanced Excel capabilities to perform critical data validation, balance reconciliation, and enhance financial reporting accuracy
What You'll Bring
Essential Experience
- Proven track record in ERP system implementations with specific focus on finance and accounting modules
- Industry experience in construction or closely related sectors
- Expert-level Excel skills with demonstrated ability to manipulate complex, high-volume financial datasets
Professional Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or significant progress toward certification
- Qualified by experience (QBE) candidates will receive full consideration
