As they continue to strengthen financial performance and support long-term strategic objectives, they are seeking a commercially astute Finance Business Partner to join their finance team.

The Role

As Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders, providing financial insight that supports strategic and day-to-day decision-making.

You will play a key role in planning, forecasting and performance management activities, helping stakeholders understand financial results, identify opportunities for improvement and deliver against business objectives. The position requires someone who can confidently challenge assumptions, simplify complex financial information and build strong partnerships across the business.

You will also support governance and reporting requirements, ensuring financial controls, processes and reporting standards are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with operational leadership teams, providing financial guidance and challenge.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and longer-term financial planning processes.
  • Deliver high-quality analysis and reporting, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Translate financial data into meaningful insights that support business performance.
  • Monitor financial performance against targets and help develop improvement initiatives.
  • Support month-end activities, including reporting, reconciliations and financial reviews.
  • Contribute to business cases, investment appraisals and strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance frameworks and external reporting requirements.
  • Support projects focused on operational efficiency, performance improvement and business transformation.

About You

We are keen to speak with ambitious and commercially driven finance professionals who are looking to develop their business partnering career within a complex environment.

You will have:

  • A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Experience partnering with non-financial stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • A proactive and questioning mindset with the confidence to challenge constructively.
  • A track record of delivering insight that drives business performance.
