Job Title: Finance Assistant

We're excited to be working with a dynamic and growing business to recruit a Finance Assistant for their expanding finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone currently studying AAT who is looking for a role that offers variety, flexibility, and clear progression. Key Responsibilities

  • Familiarise yourself with the team, services, and internal processes.
  • Learn and navigate company systems effectively.
  • Assist the Finance team with ad hoc financial tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Support in raising, issuing, and booking sales invoices to relevant ledgers in Xero.
  • Assist in processing purchase invoices.
  • Help process employee expense claims across various systems (paper-based and cloud-based tools).
  • Support in setting up and processing bank payments.
  • Assist with minute-taking and note-taking for business meetings.
  • Provide routine support to the Finance team in completing these tasks independently.
