Job Title: Finance Assistant

We're excited to be working with a dynamic and growing business to recruit a Finance Assistant for their expanding finance team. Key Responsibilities
- Familiarise yourself with the team, services, and internal processes.
- Learn and navigate company systems effectively.
- Assist the Finance team with ad hoc financial tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Support in raising, issuing, and booking sales invoices to relevant ledgers in Xero.
- Assist in processing purchase invoices.
- Help process employee expense claims across various systems (paper-based and cloud-based tools).
- Support in setting up and processing bank payments.
- Assist with minute-taking and note-taking for business meetings.
- Provide routine support to the Finance team in completing these tasks independently.
