Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to join a Commercial Operations team on a 3-month temporary basis, (part time), supporting a leading global pharmaceutical client. This part-time role (15 hours per week) is responsible for overseeing the Commercial Fleet Vehicle Programme, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational skills, analytical capability, and the ability to optimise fleet performance while maintaining high standards of safety and reliability across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing fleet budgets, including tracking spend, forecasting, and cost analysisoordinate the timely ordering, renewal, and off-boarding of fleet vehicles
- Prepare and deliver reports on fleet performance, cost savings, and key metrics
- Oversee maintenance and repair programmes to ensure vehicles remain safe and operational
- Support the implementation and adherence to fleet policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Monitor and analyse fleet data to improve performance, fuel efficiency, and maintenance scheduling
- Provide ad hoc support to the Commercial Operations team as required
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working with suppliers across multiple countries, ideally within a global environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across international teams
- Previous experience in a commercial support or operations role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with strong reporting and data analysis skills
- Flexibility to work across different time zones as needed
- Additional European language skills are advantageous (French, or German preferred)
