We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic organisation based in Redditch who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their busy team on 6 month contract.

Training will be provided.

Duties and requirements

Supporting

  • Price checking/Cross matching information and receipts
  • Data entries
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Coding and entering expense into a monthly spreadsheet
  • General admin/Filing daily
  • Dealing with PCN's/Fines/and producing deduction letters
  • Reception cover Lunch's/Holidays/Sickness
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Setting up New Suppliers/Customers/Trade reference requests
  • Liaising with other departments confidently
  • Ordering supplies such as Stationary
  • Generally supporting the accounts department
  • The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Confident communicator in using the telephone and in writing letters and emails
