We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic organisation based in Redditch who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their busy team on 6 month contract.
Training will be provided.
Duties and requirements
Supporting
- Price checking/Cross matching information and receipts
- Data entries
- Raising sales invoices
- Coding and entering expense into a monthly spreadsheet
- General admin/Filing daily
- Dealing with PCN's/Fines/and producing deduction letters
- Reception cover Lunch's/Holidays/Sickness
- Answering incoming calls
- Setting up New Suppliers/Customers/Trade reference requests
- Liaising with other departments confidently
- Ordering supplies such as Stationary
- Generally supporting the accounts department
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferable
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Confident communicator in using the telephone and in writing letters and emails
