ER Advisor

We're looking for a confident, ER-focused People Advisor to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You'll manage a high volume of complex employee relations cases - including safeguarding - while supporting leaders, shaping policy, and ensuring compliance in a highly regulated sector.
What you'll do:
- Manage complex ER cases end-to-end - disciplinary, grievance, safeguarding, and more
- Advise on TUPE, restructures, and organisational change
- Coach and guide managers through challenging people issues
- Keep HR policies sharp, compliant, and up to date
- Support ACAS early conciliation and tribunal preparation
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience managing high-volume ER caseloads in a fast-moving setting
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and safeguarding standards
- A confident, solutions-focused approach with excellent judgment
- Strong stakeholder management - credible, calm, and collaborative
