The Role

You will:

  • Build and develop long-term client relationships across a range of sectors.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the wider business to identify opportunities and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Play an active role in business development, networking and profile-raising activities.

  • Partnership-level role with significant autonomy.
  • Genuine route to equity.
  • Strong support from an ambitious and collaborative leadership team.
  • Opportunity to shape and grow a successful employment practice.
  • Competitive remuneration package and benefits.
