Are you an experienced Employee Relations Manager looking for an opportunity to join this successful organisation in this newly created Employee Relations Manager role.
Salary - £60-65k + Benefits
Office Location - High Wycombe - 2 days per week on-site 3 WFH.
Reporting into the Head of Employee Relations, who you will deputise for in their absence, as Employee Relations Manager you will help coach and mentor other members of the team and manage a variety of employee relations cases - this will include complex and senior stakeholder casework, settlement agreements etc. The role will also lead on TUPE, restructures etc.
As an experienced Employee Relations Specialist you will have experience of working within a Centres of Excellence structure, cross a multi-sited, operational business. The team manage a high volume of cases at any one time, so experience within a busy, volume role is essential. You will be able to evidence commercially focused employee relations resolutions, at times navigating the grey.
