eCommerce Trading Manager

We are partnering with one of the UK's largest and most commercially successful multichannel retailers to recruit an eCommerce Trading Manager on a 6 month fixed term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a sports brands as its own online business, owning trading performance and driving measurable sales growth across a high traffic ecommerce platform.
The Role
You will be responsible for setting and delivering the online trading strategy, using data, customer insight and commercial judgement to maximise performance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Owning weekly trading analysis and identifying growth opportunities
* Driving onsite optimisation across search, navigation, landing pages and product visibility
* Collaborating with marketing and product teams to execute promotional and launch activity
* Leading performance reviews and presenting insights to senior stakeholders
* Using analytics and A B testing to improve conversion and customer journey
About You
* Proven experience in ecommerce trading or online merchandising within retail
* Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving online sales growth
* Confident working with data, analytics tools and customer insight
* Comfortable presenting performance and influencing cross functional teams
* Experience with onsite optimisation and continuous improvement
