The Role

We're partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing direct-to-consumer brands within the health and wellbeing sector to recruit an eCommerce Manager. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the digital shopfront, ensuring exceptional online experiences that drive both new customer acquisition and retention. With a strong subscription base and a loyal community of customers, this is a chance to shape the online journey for a high-profile brand making real impact in people's lives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise the day-to-day running of the eCommerce site, ensuring accuracy and best-in-class execution.

  • Oversee product launches, promotions, and merchandising, delivering to strict campaign deadlines.

  • Implement and manage A/B testing and CRO initiatives to drive revenue growth.

  • Track and report on eCommerce KPIs including traffic, conversion, AOV, subscription mix, and revenue.

  • Present weekly trading performance insights and recommendations in cross-functional meetings.

  • Align trading activity with paid media, CRM, and SEO teams to maximise results.

  • Own the promotional calendar, ensuring campaigns and offers are executed seamlessly.

  • Collaborate with developers and third-party partners to continually enhance UX and site performance.

  • Support and execute brand campaigns across digital channels, maintaining consistency and quality.

  • Act as the primary contact for eCommerce agencies to drive continuous site optimisation.


Candidate Criteria

  • Proven track record in eCommerce management within a consumer-facing brand.

  • Experience within health, beauty, wellness, or subscription-based businesses is highly advantageous.

  • Strong knowledge of CMS platforms (Shopify Plus, Sanity, or similar).

  • Skilled in eCommerce analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar, or MS Clarity.

  • Commercially astute, with demonstrable success in increasing online revenue.

  • Hands-on experience with CRO, A/B testing, and digital merchandising.

  • Highly organised with excellent project management skills.

  • Analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

  • Strong collaborator with the ability to influence across creative, commercial, and technical teams.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
