Digital Marketing Manager
£40,000 - £45,000 | Worcestershire | Hybrid | Office based potentially
I'm currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a growing marketing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is commercially minded, hands-on and really enjoys the performance side of digital marketing. You'll have plenty of ownership across digital strategy, paid media, lead generation and website performance, working across multiple brands.
The role
You'll be responsible for driving digital performance and generating high-quality leads, with a real focus on improving ROI and continually looking at what can be done better.
You'll be getting involved in:
- Managing and optimising paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta and other platforms
- Developing digital marketing strategies across multiple brands
- Driving lead generation and improving CPA, conversion rates and ROI
- Managing digital marketing budgets and making sure spend is being used effectively
- Using data and analytics to understand performance and identify opportunities
- Producing monthly reports and recommendations for senior management
- Managing and improving WordPress websites
- Supporting UX and conversion rate optimisation
- Creating and refining campaign and advert copy
- Working with internal teams and external agencies on digital and website projects
- Keeping up to date with digital trends, platform changes and emerging technologies
- Managing and supporting a Content & Social Media Executive
It's a really varied role and you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact on the wider digital function, rather than being responsible for just one channel.
About you
I'm looking for someone with a strong background in PPC and digital marketing who is comfortable being hands-on but can also take a step back and look at the bigger commercial picture.
You'll ideally have:
- 3+ years' experience in PPC and digital marketing
- Strong hands-on Google Ads experience
- Experience with Google Analytics and Microsoft Advertising
- Experience managing digital marketing budgets
- A proven track record of improving lead generation and ROI
- Experience managing and optimising WordPress websites
- Good knowledge of UX and conversion optimisation
- Experience with Meta advertising
- An understanding of SEO
- Experience working across multiple brands or websites would be a bonus
- Previous team management or mentoring experience would also be great
You'll need to be commercial, analytical, proactive and happy to get stuck in, with the ability to look at the numbers, spot opportunities and turn insight into action.
