Data Quality Analyst (Customer Experience Focus)

OUTSIDE IR35 CONTRACT

Remote - Some trips to West Midlands

An exciting opportunity for a Data Quality Analyst to play a key role in improving Customer Experience through high-quality, trusted data.

This role will focus on monitoring, analysing, and enhancing data quality across customer journeys-ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness to support better insights and decision-making. Working closely with CX, Data, and Business teams, they will identify issues, track trends, and drive continuous improvement in how customer data is captured and used.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on Data Quality across customer data and CX touchpoints

  • Identify data issues, root causes, and opportunities for improvement

  • Support Data Governance and Data Stewardship initiatives

  • Work with stakeholders to improve data capture, processes, and standards

  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to enhance Customer Experience

What's Needed:

  • Experience in Data Quality, Data Analysis, or similar roles

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working with customer or CX-related data

  • Ability to translate data issues into business impact

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
