CRM Manager
Location: Banbury (3 days office / 2 days home)
Salary: £55,000
We're looking for an experienced CRM Manager to take ownership of a well-established CRM function and lead it into a more proactive, commercially focused future.
This is a hands-on, operational leadership role where you'll manage a small CRM team, improve processes, drive adoption across the business and ensure the CRM delivers real commercial value - from lead generation through to customer lifecycle management.
The Opportunity
The CRM function is in place, but the team has historically worked reactively. The business is now looking for a strong people leader who can empower the team, introduce clearer structure and planning, and elevate how CRM supports sales, marketing and operations.
You'll have strong senior stakeholder backing, visibility across departments, and the chance to genuinely shape how CRM is used across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead the CRM strategy and day-to-day operations
Manage and develop a CRM team of 3, shifting the mindset from reactive to proactive
Drive process improvement, efficiency and change initiatives
Lead annual CRM planning with a strong commercial focus
Develop dashboards, reporting and insights to support decision-making
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, IT and Master Data teams
Manage CRM integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP
Support and enhance lead generation and CRM-driven communications
Deliver hands-on training to improve CRM adoption across the business
Confidently manage stakeholders, including international teams, and push back where needed
Act as the internal CRM champion and go-to expert
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in an operational CRM Manager role (not CRM developer/admin)
Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
Experience improving CRM processes and driving efficiency
Comfortable working at both strategic and hands-on level
Background in B2B or B2C environments (either is fine)
Experience in medium to large-sized businesses
Strong understanding of CRM data, reporting and analytics
Passionate about CRM and how it can support commercial outcomes
CRM & Systems Experience
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred)
Working closely with Master Data / SAP teams
Dashboards, reporting and performance tracking
Lead generation and CRM-led workflows
