CRM Marketing Manager
Salary: Up to £48,000 (DOE)

A leading financial services organisation is looking for a CRM Manager to play a key role in rebuilding and growing their prospect database, strengthening customer journeys, and driving long-term commercial impact.
This role blends performance-focused acquisition with traditional CRM, owning the end-to-end journey from first touch through to engagement and conversion. You'll work in a collaborative, supportive team during a major period of transformation with big projects underway, including a brand refresh and CRM upgrade.
The Role
You will:
Develop campaigns to grow the marketable database and enhance data quality.
Ensure all data capture aligns with GDPR and compliance requirements.
Build automated nurture and lifecycle journeys that move prospects through the funnel.
Deliver a seamless welcome journey to maximise engagement and activation.
Run multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail, etc.).
Collaborate closely with data teams on segmentation and targeting.
Analyse engagement, conversion and funnel metrics to optimise performance.
Bring fresh ideas and a strategic, data-led mindset to acquisition and CRM.
What You'll Need
Strong experience in CRM, customer acquisition or lifecycle marketing.
Background in customer journey design and marketing automation tools.
Proven ability to run campaigns end-to-end and optimise performance.
Experience in financial or professional services is beneficial.
Marketing qualification or equivalent.
